Get Involved!

Global issues take God-sized answers and the whole body of Christ working together in unity. We encourage you to pray and ask God what He would have you do to get involved. Here are some of our current needs along with creative ways you can help us meet them.

Current Needs:

Send Bethany to Africa! It will take only $10,000.00 a year to keep Bethany in Africa but she can't go without your help! Contribute

Beds for children center. Currently twelve of the boys sleep on the cement floor because of a lack of beds. One bunk bed without mattresses: $120.00 US. One mattress: $100 US Donate

Kitchen. As much fun as it can be cooking in a grass hut, there are many dangers involved as we cook over an open fire and it could be set ablaze at any time. Furthermore, with the rainy season approaching and chickens roaming about the place we need a more permanent set up. New facilities would also enable us to take in visitors and Bible students. Kitchen: $4,500 US Donate

Toilet. The boys are in desperate need of a toilet in their dormitory as some of the younger ones are afraid to go outside to use the latrine at night Donate

Other Needs: School uniforms and supplies, church building, food and medicine, missionary kitchen, mattresses for Bible students.

What Can I Do?

  • Gather some friends and organize a garage sale with some friends to raise money for orphans in Africa. You wanted to get rid of it anyway!

  • Have your Sunday school class, youth group, or school classroom bring in a box of pencils or white chalk and $5.00 to go towards school supplies and uniforms for children who can't afford them.

  • Spread the word! We need everyone involved as we are just getting started! You can have Bethany speak in your church or event  by clicking on contact us.

  • Attend or host a dinner party serving African cuisine and learn more about the ongoing work in missions.

  • For more ideas, or to share an idea that you have, contact us!
